Securing infrastructure financial investor in a joint venture developing CPK Airport Component: call for expression of interest
CPK is initiating the process of selecting a Financial Partner experienced in investments in the infrastructure industry to run a joint venture in the form of a special purpose subsidiary of CPK ("Airport Component SPV"). From 27th of June to 26th of August company is waiting for applications form interested contractors.
The Financial Partner’s role will be, in particular: providing a contribution to cover the shares it takes up in the Airport Component SPV, participation in organization of financing for the construction of the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Airport and further financial resources to support its operations.
Therefore, the CPK publishes the following call for expression of interest in the process, which is addressed particularly to entities interested in financial participation and experienced in investments in the airport sector.
