Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. In 2010, he completed his legal advisor training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Łódź, gaining entry into the list of legal advisors.
For 13 years, he practiced as a legal advisor, running his own law firm as well as serving as a managing partner in a legal advisory partnership.
Since January 2024, he has been the Director General of the Ministry of Infrastructure. In the ministry, he is responsible for overseeing the Office of the Director General, the Administrative and Financial Office, the Crisis Management Office, and the Department of Control, among others.
In his professional career, he has provided ongoing legal services to public finance sector entities, including local government units, municipal companies, and hospitals. He has also provided regular legal services to businesses operating as capital companies and has held various management and supervisory roles, including president, member of the supervisory board of limited liability companies, and court-appointed administrator of a company.
