CPK Capital Group:

  • brings together competences, knowledge and experience in the planning and management of national airport infrastructure as well as accompanying infrastructure;
  • increases the protection of one of Poland’s key economic investments by consolidating the domestic aviation market and co-creating a leading airport group in Central and Eastern Europe;
  • contributes to the increase in operational efficiency, management effectiveness and valuation of the companies included in the CPK Capital Group;
  •  provides stable support for the airport sector in Poland.

The CPK Capital Group consists of:

  • Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. – a State Treasury company established according to Article 11 of the Act of 10 May 2018 on Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (Dz.U.2018.1089) to prepare and implement the Multi-annual Programme of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny, including the construction of Poland’s new central airport and the coordination and implementation of accompanying investments, including a new network of railway lines, expressways, motorways and other transmission infrastructure.
  • Lotnisko Sp. z o.o.– an entity established by CPK in 2023, to carry out tasks in the airport area related to the construction and management of airport infrastructure.
  • Paliwa Sp. z o.o.– created by CPK in 2023, intended for the implementation of tasks in the area of fuel infrastructure management.
  • Centrum WE Sp. z o.o.– since 2022, it has been providing specialized services related to the preparation of appraisal reports as well as studies and opinions for the needs of CPK.
  • Torpol S.A.– for over 30 years, it has been involved in the comprehensive modernisation and construction of railway infrastructure. One of the industry leaders, it has completed many projects for the construction and modernization of the most important sections of railway lines, which are the national part of the pan-European transport corridors. A public company, listed on the WSE.
  • Torpol Oil&Gas Sp. z o.o.– a subsidiary of Torpol S.A., specialising in the comprehensive construction of systems for the purification and treatment of crude oil and natural gas as well as in industrial construction, mainly for the energy, chemical and petrochemical industries, and develops competences in the field of hydrogen systems.
  • Polskie Porty Lotnicze S.A. – a company in which CPK acquired 100% of shares as part of the implementation of the act on the improvement of the CPK investment process. This is a leading entity in the field of air transport infrastructure in Poland. Through its capital group, it manages regional airports in Poland and also holds shares in other commercial law entities providing services related to the airport industry.

Subsidiaries of Polish Airports S.A.:

  • WELCOME Airport Services Sp. z o.o. – the largest handling agent in Poland in terms of the number of carriers served. It provides the ground handling of the aircraft and passengers for dozens of airlines from all over the world.
  • “ACS” Sp. z o.o. – operates in the area of cleaning and parking services as well as physical security. It provides services at Chopin Airport in Warsaw as well as the airports in Radom and Rzeszów.
  • Polish Airports Academy Sp. z o.o. – offers services for HR projects, employees and management development programs, training and recruitment for the aviation industry and business.
  • Airport Meteo Sp. z o.o. – provides meteorological services to civil aviation operators. It performs meteorological measurements and observations, prepares meteorological forecasts, distributes meteorological data and information and compiles climate data.
  • PHZ Baltona S.A.has been operating on the Polish market for over 75 years. It operates Duty Free shops, cafés and restaurants, mainly located at airports. It also supplies aircraft, ships, and ferries. The company has six subsidiaries: Centrum Obsługi Operacyjnej sp. z o.o. (Poland), Baltona Shipchandlers sp. z o.o. (Poland), S.C. Gredy Company S.R.L. (Romania), Baltona France SAS (France), Baltona Duty Free Estonia OÜ (Estonia), Baldemar Holdings Limited (Cyprus) – which owns Flemingo Duty Free Ukraine LLC (Ukraine).
  • Lotniczy Dworzec Towarowy Wrocław Sp. z o.o.– has been operating at Wrocław Airport since 1999. It operates in the field of comprehensive air cargo services, as well as the rental of office and warehouse space.
  • Casinos Poland Sp. z o.o. – was established in 1989 and owns and operates eight casinos in Poland.
  • Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków – Balice Sp. z o.o.– was established in 1996 and manages the second airport in Poland in terms of the number of passengers served. The company has two subsidiaries: MPL Services Sp. z o.o. and Kraków Airport Hotel Sp. z o.o.
  • Port Lotniczy Rzeszów – Jasionka Sp. z o.o. was established in 2007 and manages the airport located in Jasionka, near Rzeszów.
  • Port Lotniczy Poznań – Ławica Sp. z o.o.– was established in 2001 and manages the airport located in Poznań.
  • Port Lotniczy Szczecin-Goleniów Sp. z o.o.– since 2004 it has been managing the airport located north-east of Goleniów.
  • Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa – Modlin Sp. z o.o. – since 2012, it has been managing the airport which serves as a regional public-use airport complementary to Warsaw Chopin Airport.
  • Port Lotniczy Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. – manages the third airport in Poland in terms of the number of passengers served, located in the Matarnia district of Gdańsk.
  • Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A.– manages the airport located in Wrocław. The company has two subsidiaries: WRO-LOT Usługi Lotniskowe Sp. z o.o.  and WRO Airport Development Sp. z o.o.
  • Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A.– manages Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. The company has a subsidiary: GTL Service Sp. z o.o.
  • Port Lotniczy Bydgoszcz S.A.– manages the airport located in Bydgoszcz.
  • Port Lotniczy Mazury Sp. z o.o. – does not conduct operational activities.
