Mikołaj Wild

Mikołaj WildA graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the School of German Law at the University of Warsaw, the School of American Law at the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida. Scholarship holder of the Magister iuris comparitivi program at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.

In the years 2003–2006 he was employed in the Case Law and Studies Team of the Office of the Constitutional Tribunal. An employee of the Prosecutor General's Office since 2006. In the years 2008-2017 an employee of the Institute of Justice, where in the years 2013-2017 he was the President of the Section of Constitutional Law, the Section of Civil Law and a member of the Scientific Council.

In 2015-2017, the Deputy Minister of the Treasury, managing, among others Legal and Process Department, Property of the Treasury, and the Audit and Control Office, exercising personal supervision over aviation sector companies, including PLL LOT S.A.

From April 1, 2017 to May 8, 2017, the Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister. From May 9, 2017 to February 1, 2018, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. From May 9, 2017 to November 27, 2019, the Government Plenipotentiary for the Central Communication Port for the Republic of Poland. From February 1, 2018 to November 27, 2019, he was also the secretary of state in the Ministry of Infrastructure
